  • Beef, lamb or horse meat
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots (thickly cut)
  • Pasta sheets
  • Onion
  • Beef or chicken broth
  • Salt

Equipment

  • Pot

Method
 

  1. Brown the meat and add sliced onion.
  2. Add the potatoes and pour in broth or water.
  3. Add the thick carrot pieces, then the pasta.
  4. Season with salt.
